We are currently in the process of building a system to handle our club training sessions, so we will just have a simple page for now.
We want to improve participation in sport. We want to include as many people as possible in our 3 disciplines, and we want to help everyone from beginner to elite improve their Triathlon skills. It’s as much a social thing as a hard core PB busting club.
It’s never too late to get started. Some people are really nervous about doing something new, but come along and get involved. Whatever you level we will do our best to help you.

Joining the club
Our training sessions are run for our members. While considering joining the club, we allow you to attend 2 sessions before joining up. If you decide it isn’t for you then you don’t have to join us. However, after 2 sessions we will require you to join the club otherwise it’s unfair on our members.

We offer weekly run sessions to our members.
These are coached sessions alongside our own coaches, and also other clubs coaches. These sessions will help you to improve your fitness, pacing and technique.

We have a weekly session at a local pool in King’s Lynn.
These sessions alongside our qualified triathlon coaches allow you to improve your swimming technique and efficiency. These sessions will help you improve.

Cycle sessions will not be coached rides for insurance reasons. We will just meet up at a set location and head off for a bike ride! We will aim to have different distances and speeds to allow everyone to enjoy the rider.
Cycle sessions will not have a cost associated with them, on road rides will be free.

In the future we will try to put on static bike training and also turbo sessions to improve bike skills.
